Data controller / service operator: Xi'an Youguang Culture Media Co., Ltd.
Public privacy and support email: wangbin1996729@icloud.com
This Privacy Policy explains how the operator identified above handles personal information when you use Livduo's account, room, gaming, community, messaging and digital-item services. It explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it, how long it is needed, and the choices and rights available to you. “We,” “us” and “our” mean that operator. Information you make public is also visible to the audience described below.
01. Information you provide
Account and sign-in information. Phone sign-in uses your phone number, country or dialing code, verification information and account identifiers. When you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple provides an app-specific identifier and, when authorized, your name and email address. If you choose Hide My Email, we receive the relay email address Apple supplies. We receive authentication tokens to confirm your sign-in; we do not receive your Apple password. Credentials and session information are used to secure access to the correct account.
Profile information. We process the display name, avatar, birthday, gender selection, biography and other profile information you submit, together with your chosen language and account preferences. Birthday information supports age-related account administration. We do not treat an avatar or gender selection as verified identity, and we do not create facial-recognition templates from your photos.
Content and communications. We receive the posts, captions, selected images, videos, comments, reactions and messages you submit; the room titles and messages you create; and related times and identifiers. Media may contain information you or others include in the image, sound or file itself. Choose carefully what to publish and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
Reports and support. We process report reasons, referenced users or content, the details you submit, feedback and related correspondence to investigate concerns and respond to requests. Supply contact information in feedback when a response outside the app is needed. Do not include passwords, complete payment details or unrelated sensitive records.
02. Information generated by use of Livduo
Social and room activity. We record follows, follower relationships, blocks, likes, comments, room membership, participation roles and related timestamps to provide the relevant social features and safety controls. Private-conversation records include participants, sender identifiers, message content and sending times.
Gameplay. We process game identifiers, room and round identifiers, scores, best scores, gameplay actions, match results, game-specific prediction choices and points, leaderboard entries, reward eligibility, claimed rewards and item validity. This information supports game progress, synchronization, ranking, fairness and prevention of duplicate claims.
Purchases and digital items. We maintain coin balances, wallet movements, product identifiers, purchase and order identifiers, quantities or amounts, currency, purchase status, gift-order details, digital inventory, equipped cosmetics and expiration information. Apple handles payment credentials for iOS purchases. We do not receive your full credit-card number, bank-account credentials or Apple payment password.
Technical and security information. Our services receive connection information such as IP address, request times, user-agent information, authentication and session records, and errors associated with requests. These support connection delivery, account security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. We do not request access to your device's contacts, precise GPS location, advertising identifier or information from unrelated apps to operate these features.
03. Device permissions and information kept on your device
Photos and videos. The system media picker lets you choose media for your avatar or a post or video you decide to publish. We receive the selected files you submit, rather than unrestricted access to your entire photo library. Selecting a file alone does not make it public; uploading or publishing it determines its use and audience.
Camera. Camera permission is used for the camera-preview feature when you choose to open it. Camera preview frames are displayed on your device; opening that preview does not, by itself, upload a recording or establish a live video transmission. We do not collect microphone audio merely because the camera preview is open. Videos you deliberately upload can contain sound, which is processed as part of that uploaded content.
Notifications. Notification permissions and in-app preferences let you control supported alerts. Enabling a preference does not grant access to unrelated device information, and you can turn off notifications in iOS Settings.
Device storage. Sign-in credentials are kept in the device's secure credential storage. Language choices, acceptance preferences, selected settings and retry identifiers for unfinished operations may be kept on your device. Cached media and game assets help pages load and games run. These storage uses support service operation rather than tracking you across other companies' apps or websites.
You can revoke device permissions in iOS Settings. A feature that needs a denied permission may not work, while unrelated features remain available. Revoking a permission does not automatically erase information you previously chose to upload; deletion options are explained below.
04. Why we use information
We use the categories above to:
- Create and authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, and support account recovery and security.
- Display profiles, content, videos, rooms and messages to their intended audiences.
- Provide follows, mutual-follow chat initiation, comments, reactions, blocking and reporting.
- Operate and synchronize games, record progress and scores, calculate leaderboards and deliver eligible digital rewards.
- Process in-app coin crediting, digital-item use and gift deductions, keep order records and prevent duplicate transactions.
- Apply content rules, investigate reports and cheating, restrict abuse and protect users and the service.
- Respond to support and privacy requests and comply with lawful obligations.
- Diagnose technical failures and improve reliability using information reasonably necessary for those purposes.
We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party behavioral advertising. We do not use private messages for advertising. We do not use your photos or messages to train a general-purpose artificial-intelligence model. We do not make employment, lending, insurance or similarly significant eligibility decisions about you from game scores or social activity.
05. Legal grounds for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, account access, content delivery, messaging, gameplay and delivery of purchases are processed as necessary to perform the services you request. We rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights and reasonable expectations, for proportionate security, fraud prevention, moderation, dispute handling and service reliability. Processing required by a binding legal obligation relies on that obligation. Optional permissions and any activity for which consent is required rely on your consent.
You may withdraw consent at any time through the relevant permission control or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. We do not treat acceptance of the User Agreement as blanket consent for unrelated processing or advertising.
06. What other users can see
Public-facing information may include your display name, avatar, biography and other information displayed on your profile; your public posts, videos, comments and reactions; follower or following information; and your leaderboard position and score. Room participants can see the profile and room activity associated with your participation. Do not include a phone number, home address or sensitive information in a public field unless you intend that disclosure.
Your sign-in phone number, Apple authentication tokens and private purchase records are not published as public profile fields. A private message is delivered to the conversation's participants. Our private messaging is not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Authorized personnel may access relevant communications where needed to deliver the service, investigate a report or security incident, respond to a request, or comply with law, subject to access controls.
A report is handled for safety and moderation rather than published as a public post. We may need to disclose limited allegations or context to investigate or explain a decision, but we do not publish the reporter's contact details as part of that process. Other users may save or independently share content they can view; do not assume that a screenshot can be retrieved by deleting the original.
07. Service providers and other disclosures
We share only information necessary for the following purposes:
- Infrastructure and media delivery. Hosting, database, storage and delivery providers process account data, service records and uploaded media to operate Livduo. Our media storage uses Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) to store and deliver uploaded files. These providers process information for the contracted service and must provide protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law, restrict access, and not use the data for their own unrelated advertising.
- Apple. Choosing Sign in with Apple or Apple In-App Purchase involves Apple processing sign-in or payment information under Apple's policies. We receive the account or transaction information needed to complete your selected action. Apple maintains its own platform and payment records independently.
- Safety, law and rights. We may disclose necessary information in response to valid legal process, to meet a legal obligation, investigate fraud, protect people from a credible threat, or establish or defend legal claims. We assess the request and limit disclosure to what is necessary and lawful.
- Business continuity. If an acquisition, merger or transfer of the service involves personal information, any recipient must respect the applicable privacy obligations. We provide legally required notice before a material change in controller or use.
- Your direction. We disclose information when you intentionally publish it, use a system sharing action to send it elsewhere, or separately authorize a particular disclosure.
We do not give an unrelated game publisher access to your account merely because a game runs inside Livduo. The embedded games process the account and gameplay information needed for Livduo's own supported functions.
08. International processing
Your information may be processed where the operator and its infrastructure providers operate, including outside the country in which you use Livduo. Where a transfer requires legal safeguards, we use the mechanism required by applicable law, such as an applicable adequacy decision, approved contractual protections or another lawful transfer basis. Mandatory protections are not waived by using the app. You may contact us to request information about safeguards relevant to your information.
09. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this Policy or a binding legal obligation. The relevant criteria include whether your account is active; whether a post, message or media item remains available; whether a transaction, refund or support matter remains unresolved; the duration of an applicable legal duty or limitation period; and whether particular evidence is necessary for a documented safety or fraud investigation.
Account information and active content are retained while needed to provide your account or the content you choose to keep. Gameplay records support saved progress and rankings; transaction records support balances, fulfillment and disputes. Support and security records are retained only while needed to resolve the issue, protect the service or meet an applicable legal requirement. We do not retain an entire deleted account indefinitely on a general assertion of security needs.
When retention is no longer justified, information is deleted or irreversibly de-identified. Information removed from active systems may take additional time to clear from caches or technical backups where those copies exist. Such copies are not used to restore a deleted account to normal service, and remain subject to restricted access and deletion through the applicable technical cycle.
10. Deleting an account and content
You can delete an account in Profile → Settings → Delete account by completing the confirmation shown. You do not need to contact support merely to start the ordinary in-app deletion process. Signing out or uninstalling Livduo does not submit a deletion request.
Deletion removes the account and associated profile, content you published, messages you sent, follows, blocks, game participation and records, saved progress, rewards and digital balances from the active service. Uploaded files no longer needed by the service are deleted through the associated media-cleanup process. Any continued retention must be limited to a specific lawful purpose described above. We do not retain private content for advertising after deletion.
We cannot erase screenshots, exported copies or content independently held by another person outside the service, or records maintained by Apple under its own obligations. Your deletion request does not automatically cancel or refund an Apple purchase. You can also manage Livduo's Sign in with Apple access in your Apple Account settings. If you cannot access your account, contact us for an alternative deletion request and proportionate verification.
11. Your choices and privacy rights
You can edit supported profile fields in the profile editor, choose whether to post content, delete your own supported posts or videos, manage follows and blocks, change the app language, control device permissions and request account deletion. Some service records, such as completed gift orders, cannot be edited as profile text because they record an actual transaction.
Depending on the laws that apply, you may also request access to your personal information, a copy or portable version, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or an objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent and challenge a decision affecting your information. We do not discriminate against you for making a lawful privacy request. Where a right is subject to an exception, we explain the relevant grounds rather than denying it without explanation.
Send requests through Profile → Settings → Help & Feedback or the public privacy email above. Identify the request as relating to Livduo and provide enough information to identify your account and the action requested. We may ask for verification proportionate to the sensitivity of the request; do not send identity documents unless specifically justified and requested through an appropriate channel. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority or other regulator without first waiving that right through support.
12. Children and age restrictions
Livduo is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required by applicable law or its published age rating. Users below the age of legal majority must have the parental or guardian permission required by the User Agreement. These terms are not a substitute for consent or age controls required by law.
If you believe a child below the applicable minimum age has provided personal information, contact us with sufficient information to locate the account. We investigate and delete information or restrict the account as required by applicable law. Do not include unnecessary details about a child in a public report or post.
13. Security
We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated account access, restricted administrative permissions, protected credential storage and controls against unauthorized requests and duplicate operations. Access to service information is limited to authorized purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security, so protect your credentials and avoid publishing sensitive information. If a personal-data breach requires notice, we notify affected people and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
14. Policy changes
We publish changes in the app and update the date at the beginning of this Policy. Material changes require appropriate notice and, where required, fresh consent before the new processing begins. We do not expand the use of previously collected information for an unrelated purpose merely by changing this text.
15. Contact
The data controller / service operator and public privacy and support email are identified at the beginning of this Policy. You can also submit service, privacy and safety concerns through Profile → Settings → Help & Feedback. Please state the right or concern involved and include only information necessary to help us handle it.
